Tele-dermatology services via Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital and Weeks Medical Center, are provided by Jonathan Glass, MD of Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

Referrals from Primary Care Providers are required for patients to see Dr. Glass via TeleDermatology (Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital and Weeks Medical Center). Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center will then schedule appointments for patients.
