Welcome to Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital's Patient Message Service.

We welcome you to use this free service to send a get well message to a current UCVH patient. It’s easy to do and will brighten someone’s day.

To send a message, fill out the form below and click on SUBMIT. Messages received before 5:00 pm on weekdays will be printed out by an UCVH administrative staff member and delivered to the patient’s room on the same day. Messages received after 5:00 pm or on a weekend or holiday, will be delivered on the next business day. A Hospital Administrator will preview all submissions. Please refrain from sending confidential information.
