Our goal is to work together to deliver professional and competent care and to promote healing of the mind, body, and soul. Nursing staff at UCVH pride themselves on their compassionate, personalized approach to care.
Many of our nursing staff personnel are cross trained to the various departments we have such as the Medical Surgical Department, the Emergency Department, the OR, etc. We employ RN's, LPN's, LNA's, Emergency Department technicians and Unit Secretaries. These staff members are assigned to attend to your needs. Our House Supervisors ensure that the overall delivery of care by this staff is carried out as smoothly as possible.
Talk to a patient who has been transferred somewhere else and they will tell you that if they have the chance to come back "home" to UCVH, they can hardly wait to experience our nursing care.
